Our products (roses and other varieties of fresh flowers) are living beings and respond differently to external factors (temperature, humidity, and lighting).

Even when following our care advice (CARE MANUAL FOR YOUR ROSES), these elements can unexpectedly influence the behavior of the flowers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product or service, contact us at (internet@rosasdoneloy.com) within 72 hours after delivery, in order to analyze the possible causes and activate the corresponding guarantee under our quality control.

PUBLISHED PRODUCTS

Our floral arrangements (bouquets) are presented through a reference photo, which is displayed in our digital and physical catalog. They may change according to the quantity of roses chosen or the variety, which causes the dimensions or presentation to vary depending on the selection.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

  • All our shipments comply with the measures established by the National Government through Decree 457 of March 22, 2020 (COVID Crisis).
  • In order to take care of the health of our customers and workers, purchases made on our e-commerce platform from April 8th will be delivered with security measures and without commitment to specific times starting from 10:30 a.m.
  • Orders received after 1:00 p.m. Colombian time from Monday to Saturday will be delivered the next day or on the date stipulated in the calendar starting from 10:30 a.m.
  • Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be confirmed on the next business day and will be delivered according to the date stipulated in the calendar during the day starting from 10:30 a.m. onwards.
  • During holidays in Colombia, no shipments will be made to any Colombian city.

 

Deliveries in Bogotá and surroundings:

  • For deliveries in the city of Bogotá and surrounding areas, the purchase must be made at least one day in advance, to be delivered from Monday to Sunday according to the date stipulated in the calendar.
  • Deliveries outside the metropolitan area of Bogotá, beyond 194th Street to the north and 26th Street to the south, will be dispatched only from Monday to Saturday and have an additional shipping surcharge. This will be charged when selecting the city and shipping zone. If the shipping fee is not paid, we will send you a payment link to proceed.

Swift Rose Service

The 90-minute rose box delivery service is available for Bogotá, Cali, and Medellín from Monday to Saturday, starting from 9 a.m., and is only available in box presentation.

For the cities of Cali and Medellín: the service is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays or in weeks with holidays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is the arrival of the flower, the service starts after the hydration process, starting from 10 a.m. Additional Cost: $26.000

Deliveries in Medellín and Cali:

For deliveries in any of these cities and surrounding areas, the order must be placed at least one business day in advance, to be delivered from Monday to Saturday during the day starting from 11 a.m.

Deliveries to other cities in Colombia:

For deliveries to other cities nationwide, the purchase must be made from Monday to Thursday no later than 12 noon Colombian time, to be delivered the next business day during the day, to guarantee the quality of our flowers. Shipping will only be made in our travel box.

Boutique Arrangements Section:

Our Boutique arrangements are inspired by a floral technique that reflects sophistication and maximum elegance, involving different floral species that accompany our roses to give movement, falls, depths, and splendor of color. Due to their characteristics and production in our crops, these floral species will be specially ordered for your arrangement, so we inform you that you must place your order at least 2 days in advance of delivery. This way, we can ensure that your arrangement is delivered according to your request and manages to convey your deepest feelings.

Boutique arrangement preparation and delivery will be exclusively in the cities of Bogotá and Medellín. (No deliveries are made in Cali and its surroundings).

Perfect Rose Section:

Orders received through the Perfect Rose section must be placed two days in advance and apply only to Bogotá, Cali, and Medellín. (Subject to availability)

It is optional to provide information regarding sensitive data, understood as those that affect privacy or generate some form of discrimination, or about minors.
