Our roses are living beings and respond differently to external factors (temperature, humidity and lighting). Even following our care advice ( MANUAL TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR ROSES ), these elements can unexpectedly influence the behavior of the flowers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product or service, contact us within a maximum period of 72 hours after delivery, in order to analyze the possible causes and make the guarantee corresponding to our quality control effective. 

Our floral arrangements are presented by means of a Reference Photo, which are displayed in our digital and physical catalog, they can change according to the amount of rose chosen or the variety, which makes the size or presentation of the same will vary according to the selection. 


In accordance with the Quarantine measures established by the National Government through Decree 457 of March 22, 2020 and in order to take care of the health of our customers and workers, purchases made in our E-commerce from April 8 will be delivered with security measures and without schedule commitment starting at 10:30 am.

Orders received after 1:00 p.m. Colombian hours from Monday to Saturday will be delivered until the following day or on the date stipulated in the calendar after 10:30 a.m.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, will be confirmed until the next business day and will be delivered according to the date stipulated in the calendar during the day from 10:30 am onwards.
During the holidays in Colombia, shipments will not be made to any Colombian city.

Deliveries in Bogotá and surroundings:
For deliveries in the city of Bogotá and surroundings, the purchase must be made at least one day in advance, to be delivered from Monday to Sunday according to the date stipulated in the calendar.
Deliveries outside the metropolitan area, after Calle 194 to the north and Calle 26 south to the south, will be dispatched only from Monday to Saturday and have a shipping surcharge. Which will be charged at the time of selecting the city and shipping area. If the shipping payment is not made, we will send you a payment link to do so. 

Rosa Veloz
The service is available for Bogotá, Cali and Medellín from Monday to Saturday, starting at 9 am; and the shipment is made only in box presentation. For the cities of Cali and Medellín, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday or in weeks with holidays, Tuesday and Thursday, which is the arrival of the flower, the service begins after the hydration process, starting at 10 am. Additional Cost: $26,000

Deliveries in Medellín and Cali:
For deliveries in any of these cities and surroundings, the order must be placed at least one business day in advance, to be delivered from Monday to Saturday during the day from 11 am.

Deliveries in other cities in Colombia:
For deliveries to other cities nationwide, the purchase must be made from Monday to Thursday no later than 12 noon Colombian time, to be delivered the next business day during the day, for guarantee the quality of our flower. The shipment will be made only in our traveling box. 

Boutique Arrangements Section:

Our Boutique arrangements are inspired by a floral technique that reflects sophistication and maximum elegance, in which different floral species that accompany our roses are involved to give movements, falls, depths and splendor of color. Due to their characteristics and production in our crops, these floral species will be specially ordered for your arrangement, so we inform you that you must place your minimum order 2 days in advance of delivery. This way we can guarantee that your arrangement is delivered according to your request and manages to convey your deepest feelings. 
The preparation and delivery of Boutique arrangements will be carried out exclusively in the cities of Bogotá and Medellín. (No deliveries are made in Cali and its surroundings)

Perfect Rose Section:
Orders received through the Perfect Rose section must be made two days in advance and applies only to Bogotá, Cali and Medellín. (Subject to availability of the variety in our crop).

Don Eloy Boutique Section:
Orders received through the Boutique Arrangements section must be made two or three days in advance and applies only to Bogotá and Medellín.
